Paul Rosenberg Says New Eminem Album To Be Released After Memorial Day
According to Paul Rosenberg, Eminem is “far into the process” of recording his 8th studio album, and it will be released sometime after Memorial Day (May 27th). His first single will drop sometime soon, where he is sampling British singer Jamie N Commons. He also says that 50 Cent’s Street King Immortal will drop in the first half of 2013 and Yelawolf is working on his sophomore album. Hit the jump to see what Rosenberg had to say about Em’s album.
We fully expect to be releasing a new Eminem album in 2013. He’s been working on it for some time. It’s safe to say that it will be post-Memorial Day at some point, but we’re not exactly sure when. We’ve got some dates locked in for him to perform live in Europe in August, so we’re trying to see what else lines up.

“What What” is probably the first “hip-hop DVD” ever created, yet still unreleased by rapper N.O.R.E. (now known as P.A.P.I.). Before French Montana got on his DVD grind in the Cocaine Citydays, N.O.R.E. caught a bunch of behind the scenes footage of our favorite rappers back in the 90′s and early 2000′s. I’m not sure if the actual DVD itself will ever see the light of day, but the trailer is pretty interesting.
