Rihanna Makes a Splash at the BRIT Awards 2012 (Video)
Rihanna made her mark at the BRIT Awards 2012 earlier today in London, England. A day after her 24th birthday and causing mayhem on the internet, RiRi turned the stage into her own art show performing the #1 hit “We Found Love” as dancers splashed neon-coloured paint all over her set. For the second year in a row, Rihanna took home the award for International Female Solo Artist.

It’s been Watch the Throne All Over Town this week….Kanye West and Jay-Z performed in New Jersey over the weekend, Madison Square Garden on Monday and Tuesday, and tonight they were the “surprise” guests at the Victoria Secret televised burlesque show….err, fashion show. Beyonce was in the front row in a white dress rapping along to every word of “N****s In Paris.”
Nicki Minaj also performed alongside the models for VS’ younger PINK line. Get it? Pink?
But when I retweeted this twitpic from the Wall Street Journal’s Elizabeth Holmes, lots of fashion-savvy guys were most interested in Kanye’s colorful jacket…it was Ye’s special request from the new Versace x H&M capsule line.

Here is a better look at the silk and velvet Versace x H&M men’s jacket that Kanye wore. Yup, it’s for men. The whole Versace x H&M collaboration was celebrated last night with performances by Nicki Minaj and Prince, but the actually line hits stores on November 19th. I’m sure lines will be epic, and resales will hit Ebay at ridiculous prices. According to YM/FreshnessMag, this jacket costs less than 0, which is a crazy bargain for something with such a classic Versace print. Gianni would be aghast, lol.

French Montana Makes NY Post Page Six
French Montana’s officially the hottest N-word in the Hood. Over the weekend, Hot 97′s Angie Martinez snapped him and Kanye West backstage at the Watch The Throne concert in New Jersey. For weeks, rumors have swirled that he was signing to Ye’s G.O.O.D. Music label. Evidently, the courtship caught the New York Post’s attention and documented it today in their famed Page Six column.
It seems Kanye West hasn’t given up on signing “Shot Caller” rapper French Montana to his Def Jam label “G.O.O.D.” Sources at Jay-Z and West’s “Watch the Throne” concert at New Jersey’s Izod Center Saturday say West was “all over” Montana backstage. Since Montana left Akon’s Konvict Muzik, he’s been flirting with West and Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group. Montana tweeted a photo with West backstage hinting that he’d signed with him. West was later spotted at the Darby Downstairs sitting near the DJ booth where Mick Boogie was spinning.
50 Cent Makes His First Appearance on ‘Piers Morgan Tonight’
Is 50 shooting a movie that requires braids? Haha. Anyway, Curtis appeared on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight show for the first time. During his chat with the host, Fif talked about his come up from a street hustler to entrepreneur. While discussing his rise to the top, the Queens native also touched on interesting details about his personal life, including why he rarely drinks and never uses drugs, including weed.
