John Legend Sings A Tim Tebow Parody On ESPN’s ‘First Take’ (Video)
Earlier today, John Legend made his way to ESPN headquarters in Bristol, CT to appear on First Take with Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith. There’s no doubt besides the upcoming Superbowl on Sunday, and Peyton Manning’s career-status, that the biggest story this NFL season was Tebowmania. Watch as the Grammy award winner performs a Tim Tebow-themed parody of his hit, “Ordinary People.”

Genius Moment: Drake x Common “Imagine” (Parody)
oh my god, I can’t breathe. Really what’s awesome about the “beef” between Common and Drake is that we have two artists who have similarly “diverse” attributes and career experiences, similar achilles ankles, and are both very talented. Common obviously has more hip hop history to draw from, and Drake obviously has youthful buzz. But you don’t get the sense that (even if the seeds of this beef are personal) anything truly ignorant or destructive will happen here.
What will happen though…is amazing parody. Like the Egotrip list of possible Common x Drake duets…

The Espy Awards are one of my fondest sports events, lol. Obviously, I’m a fair weather sports fan…so 3 hour black tie events with lots of highlight reels and funny spoof skits is exactly how I need my athletics packaged. (And let’s not forget how much I love the Espy fashion ; )
This year Seth Myers is hosting…so I’ll definitely be tuned in (July 12)….but in advance, former host Justin Timberlake shot this clip to hype up the Capitol One College Sports award that he’ll be presenting.
Summary: lots of crotch trauma.
Sidenote: your buddy Miss Info was on the field hockey team. I basically did it for the soccer cleats and mini-skirt combo.
