Ja Rule To Be Released From Prison In July
Ja Rule will finally be a free man July 28th after finishing his sentence for tax evasion. He was recently released from a NY prison after serving time for a firearm charge. Stay tuned for details.
Ja Rule Released From NY Prison, Taken To Federal Prison
Ja Rule was released this morning from a NY prison today at 9:30 AM after serving time for his 2011 charge for possession of an illegal firearm, but was immediately taken to a federal prison. He still has to serve 6 months for tax evasion, which he might serve at a halfway house. He originally had to serve 28 months for the tax evasion charge, but served the majority of it already because of the firearm charge. Stay tuned for details.

It seems like Kanye’s keepsake box of his early days has been opened. Beyond the video footage of his 1996 performance in Chicago, a video surfaced of young ‘Ye, reciting a poem titled ‘His Name Means Love,’ dedicated to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The footage dates back to 1990 when he attended Vanderpoel Elementary School in Chicago.
After serving nearly half a year in prison for his 2007 gun charge arrest in NYC, Ja Rule called DJ Vlad to elaborate on his weapon possession charges and how it’s different from Weezy’s one-year prison sentence in 2010. The Queens MC is stuck in prison for another 20 months, but says he’s not mad about the time he’s serving because his case could of been potentially worst. His seventh studio album, Pain Is Love 2, is slated for a February 28 release.

Ja Rule PIL2 Pushed Back Again
It appears Ja Rule’s Pain Is Love 2 just received another push back due to lack of promotion. The previously release date of January 24 has now changed to February 28, a day before his birthday.
