Mac Miller Returns To Blue Slide Park
During Mac’s homecoming concert last December, he brought MTV to place named after his debut album. Damn, red vandals.

After releasing a steady stream of mixtapes, Mac stepped up to the plate last year and delivered his independent debut, Blue Slide Park. With ID Labs handling a majority of the sound bed, Mac proved he wasn’t all party and bullshit. He gives haters the cold shoulder (“Smile Back”, “Of The Soul” ), helps White girls lost (Diamonds & Gold), and enjoys the fruits of his labor,”Man In The Hat”. But despite his new found success, Mac doesn’t forget about his Pittsburgh base (“PA Nights”, “My Team” ,”Frick Park Market”). Blue Slide meet blue collar.

It’s Mac, bitch! As of tomorrow, Mr. Miller’s debut Blue Slide Park, will premiere at the top of the Billboard charts. According to Hits Daily Double, the album sold an estimated 148, 915 copies.
And now, for some stats: Mac becomes the first artist in 16 years (and 21st century) to debut independently at number one. Congrats to him and the entire Rostrum team. Finally tally manana.
